Our Bamboo Cutting Board

We love cooking and know that the magic starts at the chopping board. In fact, we decided that we wanted our first product to be a cutting board because we tried too many cutting boards and we were not pleased with them (the splinters, the cracks, the breaking apart, the stains…) so we decided to build our own!!!

We made this board for ourselves and now want to share it with you because we truly believe this product is SUPERIOR TO MOST BOARDS ON THE MARKET.

*** LARGE COMFORTABLE CHOPPING AREA: 18” loooong X 13” wide, surrounded by a dip groove to contain the liquids. The 220 square inch canvas gives you plenty of room to fit everything you need to prepare at once!

*** STURDY BUT LIGHT: This is a heavy-duty board! It’s thick and strong so it doesn’t warp, but light enough so you can pick it up easily.

*** NO GLUE ON CUTTING SURFACE (And this is REEEEEALLY IMPORTANT…): Our design is NOT made of many pieces glued together. Instead, we construct ours by flattening a single piece of bamboo. This way, there is no glue anywhere near the cutting surface, soooo no toxins will be slipping into your food!

*** READY-TO-USE, SMOOTH, SPLINTER-FREE SURFACE: And we mean it!!! Our special design—a flattened single piece of bamboo—prevents it from splitting apart (a very common failure on most bamboo boards we tried), breaking apart, cracking and/or warping. No ridges for bacteria and no need to sand this baby down before using it!!
